How to Use

Bath Soak
Add 3–4 scoops to warm running water, placing just out of direct flow to allow the steam to release the aroma.

Hand Soak
Add 2 spoonfuls to warm water and soak for up to 10 minutes.

Foot Soak
Add 2–3 spoonfuls to warm water or a foot spa.
