Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
- Items must be unused and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item was sent.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.
